Business Landscape - C4 Level 1
The view from outside. Who interacts with Olly and which business capabilities they reach. No central "Olly Platform" box, no infrastructure, no delivery details - just the actors, the capabilities, and the two clinical externals that matter at the business level.

What's deliberately not here
These exist but don't belong at L1:
- Platform Infrastructure (APISIX, Postgres, Kafka, Keycloak, OpenBao, Temporal, GrowthBook, Novu, Mirth, OpenSearch, observability, Admin Console, MCP Server) - shared rails, see L2 → Platform Infrastructure. (A Snowflake analytics warehouse is a target-state item, not deployed - see L2 → Billing.)
- Auxiliary delivery externals (Email Provider, Google Gemini / LLM, Clearinghouses, Payment Rails) - appear in Business Processes where the flow needs them, not as first-class L1 entities.
